Chairman & CEO
Paul's career spans more than 30 years. A technology-focused serial entrepreneur since 1996, he has built and advised businesses across FinTech, e-commerce, telecommunications, music sync, royalty collection and data.
Since 2002 his focus has been public markets assisting companies onto the world's main stages. Today he is pursuing listings across AI, satellite and quantum computing, and real-world-asset tokenization.

Sébastien (Seb) Guerin
Chief Operating Officer
Seb is a technology entrepreneur and digital strategist, with more than 15 years of experience in capital markets, digital marketing and business growth.
Seb holds leadership positions in several agencies and technology ventures, helping businesses scale their online presence and commercial performance.
Seb currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of GS Chain Plc, overseeing corporate operations, regulatory matters, stakeholder management, and strategic growth initiatives.
He is also actively involved in the development of AI-powered technology businesses and digital platforms, with a particular focus on automation, artificial intelligence, and scalable business infrastructure.
Sébastien holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing from ESSCA School of Management and a Higher National Diploma (BTS) in International Trade.

Vivian (Viv) Anderson MBE

Viv’s distinguished career covers more than 30 years of business and commercial exposure, traversing diverse markets including sport, finance, logistics, hospitality and consulting.
More recently Viv was retained as advisor to the board at Golden Rock Global PLC and is a Global Ambassador for GAC Logistics, one of the world’s largest providers of integrated shipping, logistics and marine services.
Viv is the Founder and CEO of PlayOnPro, a network and technology platform that connects elite sports professionals with fans and supports players in their transition from professional careers into alternative business ventures.
Viv Anderson is widely acclaimed as the first black player to represent England in a senior international football match, making his debut in 1978 against Czechoslovakia.
His groundbreaking appearance paved the way for future generations of black footballers in English football. Viv earned 30 caps for England, appearing in two World Cup squads.
